Meet Will, Sarah & Adaline
Will, Sarah and their daughter Adaline purchased Willarah Farm in March 2018, originally with the goal of building a home and life in the Gippsland hills. Since then, that vision has grown to include a small herd of commercial Speckle Park cattle and a direct-to-consumer beef business, offering beef from paddock to plate.
Sarah grew up on a dairy farm and knows her way around a wayward cow, while Will, a Latrobe Valley local, has always had a strong connection to the outdoors. Together, they’ve thrown themselves into farm life – learning as they go and aiming to make more good decisions than bad along the way.
Adaline, now eight, is right at home among the animals, paddocks and muddy boots, and already has a few farming opinions of her own.

Fresh, local produce is around the corner
At Willarah Farm, we’re all about backing local food – not just what we grow, but the stories and work of other farmers across Gippsland who sell directly to their communities. Stay tuned as we start pulling these stories together.
