Our focus is on producing quality beef with minimal environmental impact. Regenerative practices are a key part of our approach, not just for soil health, but also for animal welfare and long-term sustainability.
From a young age, our cattle are handled in a way that keeps stress levels low. Because we shift them every few days and monitor their mineral intake closely, they’re used to seeing us and generally stay calm – a few even expect a scratch on the way past.
All our beef is grain-free and grass-finished. While this takes more time, we believe it results in a better product, beef that’s full of flavour, with no shortcuts taken.
