Speckle Park’s are definitely ‘front paddock’ cattle!

These aptly named ‘speckled’ cattle originate from Canada and were officially recognised as a pure breed in 2006.

The cattle are renowned for their docile temperaments, maternal capacity and exceptional meat quality, all traits that Will and Sarah value highly.

Willarah Farm is currently home to a small herd of commercial cattle, many of which were bred by industry leaders, JAD Speckle Park. In time, cattle ready for consumption will be processed locally, ensuring consumers can trace the provenance of their meat.
